The deep nutty flavor and high nutritional value are all worth raving about. Black rice is not only high in fiber and iron, but also a natural source of antioxidants!

JAPANESE BROWN RICE
A milder nutty flavor compared to black rice, but still pleasant and light. Brown rice also has high nutritional value with high marks in fiber, iron and Vitamins B1 & B3.

The stickiest and most familiar of the three. White rice is something multiple cultures have enjoyed through countless meals in history and an integral dietary item in Asian cultures. Ours comes in a short-grained variety.
